Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in international trade, business English or related fields, holding a certificate of English Test Band 6 or above;
2. More than 2 years of experience in foreign trade sales of mechanical equipment, familiar with the export process of generator sets, engineering machinery products, and target market rules in Europe, America, the Middle East, and other regions;
3. Understand international certification related knowledge such as ISO9001, CE, EPA, etc., and be able to provide compliance consultation for overseas customers.

Recruitment Requirements:
1. Capable of independently completing the entire process of product development from conceptual design to performance testing, and participating in technical breakthroughs at the Anhui base R&D center;
2. Have a sense of teamwork and can collaborate with production and quality inspection departments to optimize product processes;
3. Strong innovation ability, able to iterate existing product lines according to market demand, and enhance product competitiveness.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, engineering machinery or related fields;
2. More than 3 years of experience in the research and development of engineering machinery equipment such as impact compactors, flat compactors, and rollers, proficient in using design software such as CAD and SolidWorks;
3. Understand the adaptation technology of core components of brands such as Honda and Robin, and be familiar with the technical standards of international product certification.

Recruitment Requirements:
1. Strong cross base coordination ability, able to establish a dual base production linkage mechanism in Wuxi and Anhui, ensuring efficient implementation of an annual production capacity of 70000 units and timely delivery of orders;
2. Can collaborate with R&D, procurement, and quality inspection departments to optimize production scheduling and process integration, reduce production costs, and improve production efficiency;
3. Having sharp problem-solving skills, able to promptly handle unexpected situations during the dual base production process, ensuring the stable operation of the production system;
4. Possess team management awareness, able to lead production coordination teams to achieve production capacity targets, and assist in the implementation of the company's production plan with an annual output value exceeding 200 million yuan.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, production management, or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in production coordination in the mechanical equipment industry;
2. Familiar with the production process of generator sets and engineering machinery products, familiar with the production capacity characteristics and quality control standards of power equipment in Wuxi base and engineering equipment in Anhui base;
3. Master the requirements of ISO9001:2008 quality management system and be able to coordinate compliance control in various production processes.
